Produced from 1964-1966, the 275 GTB's Pininfarina designed body was built in both short-nose and long-nose form with styling influenced by the preceding 250 GT SWB and GTO. Although the car used the new 3.3-liter V12 engine, the most noteworthy engineering feature was its independent suspension and rear-mounted five-speed transmission. The 275 GTB was the first road car Ferrari built with this more sophisticated suspension. Among the car's many options was a performance upgrade to six weber carburetors; such equipped cars have the suffix 6c in the model designation. This car is alloy-bodied and is one of 205 long-nosed models built.
